How to get the most out of your CBG oil:

• Serving: Start with a single serving (0.5 ml) and adjust based on your needs. Individual results may vary. Take daily for best results. 
• Use: Gently squeeze the rubber end of the dropper to release the organic CBG drops under the tongue. Hold under the tongue for 15-20 seconds prior to swallowing for maximum effect.
• Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Avoid sunlight.
